The app is where Financial Therapy and identity formation happen every day. Here is each screen: what it does, what you do in it, and what it feeds. The screens show a stand-in advisor.
Every day starts in the same place: your commitment for the week, the Evolution ring, and one line from the coach. Nothing else competes for the screen. The ring is three arcs around one score. Identity is scored from real coaching, so it only moves when the person does. Professional Rhythm is the week as it was lived. Business is the Success Cycle against the standard. Tap any arc and it tells you what it means and what would move it.
Read the one line, then Start the Day: the morning prep names the block you will hold today and the one thought that gets you to the first call. In the evening you come back to mark the blocks held or missed and write the reflection.
The prep, the blocks and the reflection are the Rhythm arc. The reflection, in your own words, is what the coach reads on Saturday. Your mentor sees the same week on Monday.
Business opens with the coach reading your numbers: you are setting four a week, the standard is five, here is the plan. Beneath it is the Success Cycle with your own numbers, as a monthly pace over the last three months: people to call, News set, News held, cases opened, closing next month, introduction doors. The step where you are short is outlined in red, and one sentence beneath it says the way back.
Keep your relationships current. Every first appointment, case and close date you enter is what the cycle reads. Enter the week's News, and the app checks it against the appointments your relationships show as set.
The Business arc of the ring is the cycle score. The Activity report leadership reads is built from the same rows. The Friday Clinic asks the question out loud: looking at your Success Cycle, where are you stuck?
Short at closing next month. Put a next date on every open case and ask for the decision.
Monday plans the week from the loop: the calling blocks, the names on the list, the introduction meetings on the calendar, and the one thing you are working on in yourself. Each morning the prep names the block you will hold. Each evening the blocks are marked held or missed and the reflection is written. Friday reads the whole week back.
Plan on Monday, prep each morning, mark the blocks each evening, write the reflection in your own words, reflect on Friday. Twenty minutes a day, in rhythm.
Planned blocks stay unreviewed until the evening says what held, so the week always reads true. Over months the rhythm stops being a thing you do and becomes who you are. That is identity formation, and it is the Identity arc.
On Saturday the coach builds a letter from the whole week: the blocks, the numbers, and the reflections you wrote. It is written in a human voice, quotes your own words back to you, and names the one thing underneath: fear, skill, effort or focus. It never scolds. Drift is treated as normal and return as expected.
Open the letter Monday morning. Talk to the coach any day: it knows your week, your cycle and the books, and it answers like a mentor, not a dashboard.
Your mentor gets a read from the same week, so Monday's check-in starts in the right place. The stage the coach names, from Initiating to Leading, is what the Identity arc is built on.
Alex, you held both calling blocks and set five. That is the first time in a month, and it is who you are becoming.
Two cases sit without a next date. You wrote “I didn’t want to push.” Asking for a decision is not pushing. Put a date on each one this week.
For new hires the week has two sessions: Monday Planning Mastery, which plans the week from the Success Cycle with your class, and the Friday Business Clinic, which reads it back. Each one has a prepare button in its own colour. For producers the five books are there in both forms, the chapter to read and the audio to hear, with the next one due before Monday. The Craft teaches the Financial Therapy language and the role-play arena is where you practice it before a client hears it.
Prepare for Monday and Friday. Read or listen to the next chapter. Run a role-play before a real first meeting.
Reading and listening are measured as they happen, so opening a chapter is not reading it. Training is one of the five parts of the Rhythm arc.
Leadership sees each advisor's numbers on one row: people to call, News and its average, cases and its average, this month's projected closes, by the numbers against the Business projection, introduction meetings, and a status. Every number reads green, gold or red against the standard, so the office is one scroll and the short step is visible without a meeting.
Read the row, open the advisor, and coach the one step. The coaching report for every advisor is built every week from their own data and published for the mentor to read.
Mentorship seats, the Business page by office, Next Year, and what an average hire produces by stage and year, measured on classes of four to seven people with the ones who left counted.
